Boccacinos opened its first restaurant in Laval, Quebec, eventually realizing its potential to grow into a recognizable franchise with 7 stores and growing. However, this could not be done alone. Today, Boccacinos relies on its franchisees to play a major role in its success and remains committed to franchising as a predominant way of doing business. All Boccacinos restaurant businesses are owned and operated by independent businessmen and women, our franchisees.

Operating a restaurant requires a willingness to personally devote time and effort to the day-to-day operation of the restaurant as an on-premises owner/operator. Having the following traits are essential to be qualified as a potential franchisee:
